30-day money-back guarantee
Plainly offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original charge — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Our payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net, find your order using the email address you purchased with, and request a refund directly; or
- Email us at support@tryplainly.app with your order details and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings to stop future renewals — your plan stays active until the end of the current period. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please reach out before initiating a chargeback — almost every issue can be resolved faster by email or via Paddle's self-service tools.
